This website, carticer.com, is operated by CARTICER ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products and services to you.

1. Use of the store

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence, or that you have that person's consent to use this site. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or break any laws in your jurisdiction while using the service.

2. Products and descriptions

CARTICER sells fashion jewelry and watches. Unless a product says otherwise, our stones are high-quality simulated stones (such as cubic zirconia), and products listed as moissanite contain genuine moissanite. Metal finishes are plated unless stated otherwise. We try to show colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and handmade pieces can differ slightly from the photos.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in USD by default and may be converted into your local currency for convenience; your bank may apply its own exchange rate. Prices, promotions and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.

4. Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transactions. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners; we never store full card details. We may cancel orders that our fraud-prevention checks flag as suspicious.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns, exchanges and warranty claims are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the CARTICER name and logo, text, graphics, photos, videos and designs, belongs to CARTICER or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. User content and reviews

If you send us reviews, photos, videos, comments or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit and publish it in any media, including on our site and social channels. You confirm that your content is yours, is not unlawful or offensive, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Third-party links and tools

Our site may include links to third-party websites or tools, such as payment, tracking and review services. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and CARTICER about your use of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CARTICER is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
